I’d say we’ve reached a good balance between stability, cost, and audio quality.
Starting today, Dokky Suite includes native TTS capabilities (v.2.5.0), which can be enabled via a simple switch in the Administrator panel. ✅
This new "Text-to-Speech" feature automatically generates a brief audio summary when a public document is uploaded; this option is available on the file view page as well as in search results and in all posts involving documentation (autoposts).

Yes. As @ScriptNet mentioned, this method has been reworked at least three times, using various approaches and providers. We have managed to centralize all the AI functions Dokky now offers, and any additional costs are optional. ✅
You can use TTS at no cost. If you require higher performance, for instance, if your Dokky Suite installation handles a large number of users and high traffic, administrators can scale it up as needed.😀
