Dokky Suite has so many exclusive features that it's hard to keep track...
But development and new features don't stop there; the "to-do" for our PHP Script continues, and new implementations are already underway for the next version of this ecosystem!
What do you think could make a Document Collaboration & Management Suite like Dokky even better?
Every idea and suggestion is appreciated!

yep..yep..yep..
And it works pretty well, too. ✅
This new system will be available in the next version, (2.3.0) along with other usability features. It won't take long - just a little patience!
As always, Admins will be able to perform file and database backups, as well as carry out the update directly within the backend, with just one click (including a rollback option, if necessary....though it won't be).

It’s here!
After numerous tweaks and rigorous testing, the new release of Dokky Suite v2.3.0 is ready and will be available for download or update very shortly.
In this version, in addition to the previously mentioned removal of the dependency on ImageMagick (which remains an optional choice for "power-user" Admins), we have added a complete refactoring of the existing OCR system. 🤖
Now, natively: no extra cost, without external APIs (though this remains an option), and free of external dependencies, Dokky can suggest additional metadata extracted directly from the document. Nothing intrusive; just as it should be.
These are simply extra suggestions designed to help you best populate titles, descriptions and tags, thereby ensuring more efficient content indexing and search capabilities.

This is a great release. Installing Dokky even on dirt-cheap shared hosting, native OCR with no extra costs or data floating around who knows where... not bad at all.

I'm grateful to have been able to contribute, guys. ❣️
I also noticed that you’ve improved the PDF generation in Dokky Publisher, there’s now a dedicated page for verifying the integrity of PDF/A-3B files using tokens and SHA-256... that’s legendary! 😎
ScriptNet 14/06/2026 04:39
Correct.
We are developing new features for the Dokky Publisher system to increase usability and legal validity.🔍
Multi-factor validation such as unique token, sha256, simple digital signature, QR code and IPFS have been integrated.
Even if there is not 100% legal indisputability at the moment, it is also true that in most cases they are already premium features.
And Dokky offers them natively. 💥

For once, I’d like to offer a suggestion myself. 😀
Over time - and thanks to everyone who supports us - Dokky has evolved into something truly extraordinary for a self-hosted platform.
Features that are typically locked behind extra paid packages elsewhere are standard here; we believe in giving the best to those who use this suite, because trust and efficiency shouldn't be sold piecemeal.
Speaking of trust, here is my suggestion, something that is currently missing: 2FA. We already have an extraordinary, standalone WAF/IDS/IPS system... why not provide this additional layer of security to everyone using our script?

This New Feature and many other improvements will be available soon in the Dokky v.2.4.0 release.
Here is a short excerpt from the Changelog:
As always, admins will be able to perform this update from the backend with a single click.🙌
